Reentry Housing Programs

The need for reentry housing programs is as great now as ever. According to the US Bureau of Justice Statistics, there were as many as 2.3 million people incarcerated in 2016, and the trend seems to only be increasing with each year. The Rock Found believes this is unacceptable. Once people pay their penance there should be nothing but support and encouragement to move forward and avoid any activities that result in trouble. But it takes a community to help inspire growth. And it takes faith to truly enact change. These are ideas we firmly stand behind at The Rock Found, and we will continue to act in a supportive role for anyone that comes to us looking for help. To find out more about who we are and what sets us apart from other reentry housing programs visit our website at the link provided here: The Rock Found.

The Rock Found is one of the few successful reentry housing programs that put the well-being and future of our clients first. We are a faith-based nonprofit 501(c)3 that looks to serve our community and put our faith in action. The notion of helping people in unfortunate circumstances should be more than just an inspiring idea. This is why we pledge to always act according to the principles set forth by our beliefs and take every opportunity to minister to those around us in both words and actions.

Located in Colorado, The Rock Found partners with other reentry housing programs or affiliated organizations. We are fortunate to be funded by The Latino Coalition for Community Leadership (LCCL) due to the additional support of the Work and Gain Education and Employment Skills (WAGEES). Each of these outreach organizations believes in the idea and outcome of successful reentry housing programs and has been fortunate to watch individuals once again lead a happy, successful life. We know this cannot be accomplished on our own, and that the most important factor is putting in the hard work while relying on our faith to deliver the right outcome.

The Rock Found utilizes a few different methods and services to deliver positive outcomes for our clients. We believe that there are a number of different benefits gained from ministry, support groups, and therapy. That is why we combine all of these actions together and are able to offer the following services for any individual that comes through our doors:

  • Peer Mentorship
  • Housing Assistance
  • Employment Assistance
  • Job Training
  • GED Programs
  • Post-Secondary Training & Education
  • Behavioral Therapy
  • Individual & Family Therapy

The Rock Found partners with CHFA and their first time buyers program to provide training on the in's and out's of home buying! We also New American Funding for participants to work on repairing credit and qualifying in order to purchase a home.
