The Rock Found came into my life at a time when I really needed support and stability. When I first got connected with the program, I was staying at a local day shelter and doing my best just to get through each day. I came to The Rock Found feeling worn down and unsure of my next steps, but the staff met me with understanding, encouragement, and a plan. For the first time in a long time, I felt like I had people in my corner who genuinely wanted to help me get back on my feet.

Since joining the WAGEES24 program, my life has changed in ways I didn’t think were possible. I’m now working at Fantastic Sam’s and apprenticing in cosmetology — something I’m proud of and excited about. I also live in a local sober living home, and all the support systems around me work together to help me stay stable, sober, and successful. The Rock Found didn’t just help me find resources; they helped me find confidence, routine, and a sense of community again.

I love The Rock Found because they never gave up on me, even on days when I wasn’t sure I could keep going. They encouraged me, believed in my potential, and helped me build a real future.
