Amanda Flynn

Re-Entry Case Manager | Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC I)

Amanda brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her role as a Re-Entry Case Manager, where she works with individuals returning to the community after incarceration. For the past three years, she has served under the WAGEES (Work and Gain Education and Employment Services) grant program, collaborating with Parole, ICCS, shelters, and other local partners to connect medium- to high-risk clients with the support and resources they need to rebuild their lives.

Amanda holds a CAC I (Certified Addiction Counselor) credential and is currently working toward her CAC II. Her passion for reentry work is deeply personal—having overcome her own battles with addiction and legal system involvement, she knows firsthand the power of support, structure, and faith in achieving lasting change.

By reintroducing God into her life, Amanda found the strength and courage to turn things around. Now, she’s committed to helping others do the same. She believes that with the right tools, stability, and guidance, recovery and successful reentry are not only possible—they’re transformational, both for individuals and the communities they return to.
