No One Is Disposable
Ella Patterson is a dedicated Case Manager with The Rock Found, where she has been serving since May 2025. She brings a strong foundation of both professional expertise and lived experience, having navigated recovery, foster care, and homelessness. This perspective allows her to build authentic connections with participants and provide support rooted in empathy, accountability, and real-world understanding.
Ella has over five years of peer support experience in California and more than ten years of combined experience in homeless services, including case management, housing retention, employment support, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. In her current role as a WAGEES24 Case Manager, she works closely with justice-involved young adults to remove barriers, build stability, and support long-term success.
In addition to her case management work, Ella operates The Rock Found’s Women’s House of Hope, a sober living home where she supports residents in maintaining recovery, building structure, and transitioning toward independent living. She also helps run the organization’s food pantry, ensuring individuals and families have access to essential resources while strengthening community connection.
