Laurette Hoagland

Community Advocate & Missions Supporter

Laurette brings a deeply personal perspective to her work with The Rock Found. She and her husband, Bob, adopted three special needs children, each affected by prenatal drug and alcohol exposure. Her passion for supporting individuals and families affected by addiction grew even stronger after walking through the journey of incarceration and recovery with their middle son, David. The support The Rock Found offered during that time inspired her to get involved and give back.

Laurette is dedicated to helping other families facing the challenges of addiction and reentry, offering both compassion and lived experience. She has served in various churches leading children’s ministry programs and has a heart for missions, especially in Malawi, Africa.

Locally, Laurette is also known as a talented fiber artist. She uses her gifts in weaving and spinning not only as creative expression, but as a powerful tool for fundraising and raising awareness for the causes she cares about most.
