Tina Maddux
Founder, Restorative Resources Programming House | Community Partner
Tina is the founder of Restorative Resources Programming House, a nonprofit based in Walden, Colorado, created to bring vital resources and support to her rural community. With a passion for helping individuals navigate life after incarceration, Tina reached out to The Rock Found in late 2019 to begin collaborating on reentry efforts for individuals on parole. She was excited to discover a faith-based organization that shared her heart and mission for service.
Tina brings boundless energy and compassion to everything she does. In addition to her nonprofit work, she manages multiple businesses, oversees a hunting lodge, and has a background in construction. She also leads a food distribution effort through Food Bank of the Rockies, helping over 100 families each month access much-needed groceries and essentials.
Tina’s commitment to serving others and building strong, supportive communities continues to impact lives across Northern Colorado.
